The L'Oreal USA Summer Internship Program is a paid, 11-week
opportunity where you'll be completely integrated into a team's daily
operations while simultaneously taking the lead on your own, unique strategic
project to learn what it's really like to pursue a career at the #1 Beauty Tech
business in the world. We are dedicated to providing our interns with the
freedom to experiment, full-time employee responsibilities, the chance to
submit their own viewpoints to senior management, and the opportunity to
develop into future leaders.

How You'll Act:
·
Own daily brand
responsibilities including consumer insights, competitive marketplace
assessment, data analysis and dashboards, and campaign execution to integrate
yourself into a marketing team on one of our 36+ outstanding companies. (Please
read the Digital Summer Internship Application if you are interested in digital
marketing, e-commerce, etc.)In order to stay ahead of the curve, we must
encourage the ideation and creation of future product improvements, innovate
for the highest consumer usability, and connect with international markets.

Contribute to
the creation of business strategies to achieve brand objectives and boost
sales. Work together on the creation and implementation of 360-degree marketing
plans to increase market share on key pillars.
·
Learn how to
use data and insights to build a compelling tale. In order to provide sound
business suggestions to senior management through your unique strategic
project, you must be able to tell an engaging tale using data and insights.
·
Develop
cross-functional networks to learn about the effects that all of our
departments (such as digital, supply chain, finance, research and development,
and sales, etc.) have on a brand's business.
·
Develop your
presenting, collaboration, leadership, analytical, and insight-building skills.
Your Identity:
Minimum Requirements..
·
Currently
enrolled in a 4-year college or university, working toward a bachelor's degree,
with an anticipated graduation date between December 2023 and July 2024, is the
minimum requirement.
·

full-time job in July 2024 after receiving a bachelor's degree
·
legally
qualified to work in the US full-time, continuously, and permanently without
needing sponsorship at the now or in the future.

Willing to move
to any US office that offers a summer internship, including:

In 2023, able
to work the full 11-week summer internship program
·
Through a prior
internship or comparable work experience, you have demonstrated your ability to
operate in a professional, dynamic workplace. This comprises work study,
part-time employment, side hustles, freelancing, voluntary work, seasonal employment,
or internships
·
demonstrated
your aptitude for leadership and enthusiasm for marketing by your studies,
extracurricular activities, or paid or voluntary work
·
a
well-developed sense of self, including knowledge of one's own culture,
identity, biases, prejudices, power, privilege, and stereotypes.

You will be
assigned to one of L'Oreal's four marketing teams for a specific brand:

Division of
Consumer Products
·
Professional
Product Divisions of the L'Oreal Luxe Active Cosmetics Division
·
Every intern
will be assigned a mentor and a buddy to help them through their internships.
·
Your internship
experience is crucial to helping you understand our culture since it includes
professional development and social programs. Your calendar will always be
packed, from networking events to trainings!

Being a summer

overall performance, our summer internship is the primary route for inclusion
for L'Oreal's full-time Marketing Management Trainee Program after graduation.

job-related factors which may include geographic location and education)
