Job Description: By performing a variety of clerical jobs and related duties, provides general office support. Answer incoming calls and transfer them to the proper employees. welcomes guests and instructs them.
- Important Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answers the phone and connects callers with the right associates.
- Takes messages and recovers them.
- Callers are given general information, such as the business's address, a map, and other pertinent details.
- Welcomes guests and directs them in a kind, knowledgeable manner.
- Calls and appointments are announced through the intercom/voicemail system.
- Coordinates the pickup and delivery of goods and mail, and receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
- Closes and opens the visitor area.
- Does other tasks as directed.
