To join our quickly expanding team, Dexon is looking for a proactive, sympathetic, and resourceful "Customer Success Specialist" with great communication abilities. You will be responsible for constantly exceeding clients' expectations and delivering first-rate support services.

Responsibilities:

  • Only accept INBOUND calls based on the predetermined KPIs.
  • In every connection, offer a highly relevant customer experience.
  • using listening abilities to comprehend clients' requirements and grievances in order to provide them with the best feasible solution.
  • dealing with consumers effectively and professionally to ensure a favourable experience
  • escalating and transferring client inquiries to higher management via the proper procedures.
  • serving as a point of contact between the client and its clients.
  • taking part in training and working to develop and improve current skills
  • following all business rules and guidelines.
  • You should be cordial, precise, informed, and able to collaborate effectively.
  • Strong ability to handle challenging consumers while being composed, patient, and professional.
  • the ability to navigate the necessary software and tools.
  • Background in the healthcare industry is a significant plus!

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
  2. Current CNIC or driver's licence.
  3. The Covid vaccine is a must.
  4. Excellent speaking, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Capable of critical and analytical thought.
  6. The capacity to make quick decisions.
  7. Excellent leadership and customer service abilities.
  8. Effective networking skills.
  9. A high level of diplomacy and the capacity to collaborate with a variety of individuals.
  10. The capacity to conduct oneself professionally at all times.
