Responsibilities:

- Only accept INBOUND calls based on the predetermined KPIs.
- In every connection, offer a highly relevant customer experience.
- using listening abilities to comprehend clients' requirements and grievances in order to provide them with the best feasible solution.
- dealing with consumers effectively and professionally to ensure a favourable experience
- escalating and transferring client inquiries to higher management via the proper procedures.
- serving as a point of contact between the client and its clients.
- taking part in training and working to develop and improve current skills
- following all business rules and guidelines.
- You should be cordial, precise, informed, and able to collaborate effectively.
- Strong ability to handle challenging consumers while being composed, patient, and professional.
- the ability to navigate the necessary software and tools.
- Background in the healthcare industry is a significant plus!
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Current CNIC or driver's licence.
- The Covid vaccine is a must.
- Excellent speaking, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of critical and analytical thought.
- The capacity to make quick decisions.
- Excellent leadership and customer service abilities.
- Effective networking skills.
- A high level of diplomacy and the capacity to collaborate with a variety of individuals.
