Prior

Recruitment
Method
Human
Resources and the hiring department only analyse completed applications, and
the best candidates are chosen for testing and/or an interview.
Depending
on the position, testing may consist of a written exam, an oral exam, and/or a
practical (demonstration) exam.
In
most cases, a formal panel of two to three people serves as the interview's
rating panel.
Test
and interview results are sent to candidates through email.
Candidates
that succeed in the test and/or interview are added to an eligibility list that
is forwarded to the hiring department for additional consideration.
The
hiring department then conducts finalist/second interviews to help with their
ultimate decision.
The
recruitment and on boarding procedure is started by human resources.
Hire
Procedure
After
a candidate is chosen, their prior and present employment is confirmed. As part
of the employment procedure, higher education degrees and/or necessary
certifications are also confirmed. You may also get in touch with your
professional references.
For
some posts within the Police Department, a formal evaluation is done, as well
as a background investigation.
A
conditional offer of employment will be made once the aforementioned stages

The
