THE PART:

We are growing our global sales team and have numerous offices in Europe and Asia where we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager.

The ideal applicant is a highly motivated person with aspirations for personal success, who appreciates working as a Hunter in a Sales organisation, is passionate about providing existing clients with genuinely limitless investment choices, and is prepared to prospect new markets/attract new clients.

The applicant must have prior expertise in business development and selling to high net worth individuals, private wealth management, asset managers, fund managers, family offices, and other private investors.

Due to flexible and remote work, location is irrelevant; what counts most is having a network of reliable clients.

Head of Regional Sales is the reporting line.

Important Responsibilities:

  • Convert current relationships and clients into new business
  • Create fresh leads and a sales pipeline
  • Achieving the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals established in collaboration with management
  • Keep track of general competition developments
  • Build trusting relationships with a portfolio of clients to prevent them from turning to rivals
  • Gain a thorough awareness of the important needs and requirements of the customers
  • Make sure clients receive the right goods and services in a timely manner
  • Addressing internal and external stakeholders, prepare frequent reports on progress and projections.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years in a sales position in the financial services/investment sector
  • A reliable business contact network (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors) to create a sales pipeline in the first 90 days
  • Good understanding of the stock, ETF, bond, futures, and options markets
  • Having a track record of managing significant accounts and selling financial services while delivering solutions based on consumer demands
  • With a strong sense of priorities and time management, highly driven for sales (hunting and new business development)
  • Ability to solve problems and negotiate
  • perfect English. The use of more languages will be beneficial.
