To join our creative team, we're seeking for a skilled and motivated Facebook/Google Advertising Specialist. The Facebook/Google Advertising Expert will be in charge of developing social media campaigns and overseeing the regular administration of the business's social media sites.

Responsibilities and obligations:

1. Create and keep track of your company's continuous social media presence (Google, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.).
2. Get insight into online marketing trends and maintain plans up-to-date.
3. Create online newsletters and promotional emails, then plan their avenues of distribution.
4. Assistance in creating policies to create enduring digital connections with customers.
5. Provide innovative suggestions for content marketing and website update.
6.  (keyword, image optimization, etc.)...
7. Measure performance of digital marketing initiatives utilising a number of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.).

Required Knowledge, Competencies, and Capabilities:

• Understanding of social media's guiding concepts and procedures.
• Possess the ability to produce social media content using a variety of media, tools, strategies, and methodologies.
• Good interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact successfully with a variety of people and media.
• Knowledge about how to use modern social media policies and programmes.
• The capacity to manage and develop the given staff.
• Having the capacity to create and maintain social media work plans, timetables, and budgets
• Understanding of the formats, requirements, and processes for social media posts.
• The ability to manage efficient social media initiatives on a tight budget.
• Developing and managing budgets in relation to the creation of new communications in traditional or digital media.
• At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or a certification in professional digital marketing.
• Three to four years of relevant experience abroad.
• Real estate industry experience would be preferred.
